Project Coordinator, Bristol
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational coordination for our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing projects, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.
As Project Coordinator, you will:
* Outline and articulate clear project objectives for the business.
* Communicate with clients to continuously define and refine project goals.
* Take part in project meetings and propose adjustments to improve outcomes.
* Coordinate project budgets, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
* Consistently monitor costs, progress, and quality of projects.
* Organise and manage all project-related documentation.
* Assist and support the Project Manager with various tasks.
* Prepare presentations to update senior management on project progress and value.
* Track and communicate project risks and opportunities effectively.
* Seek opportunities to increase project profitability and reduce expenses.
* Ensure that project deadlines are consistently met.
* Organise and attend stakeholder and project team meetings, recording accurate minutes.
* Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a project coordination or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Eager to learn and develop new skills in both Project Management and Project Support.
