Job Description - Workforce Management Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Workforce Management Coordinator to support workforce planning and operational efficiency in Feltham. This role plays a crucial part in managing staff schedules, ensuring accurate timekeeping, and optimising workforce strategies in alignment with business objectives. Skills and Qualifications for Workforce Management Coordinator
Minimum of 1 year of experience in workforce management, scheduling, admin and secretarial or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Knowledge of labour laws, payroll processes, and workforce planning best practices.
