What You’ll Do:
Lead, motivate, and manage a skilled workshop team as a Workshop manager 
Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high standards
Coordinate workflow, allocate resources, and optimize productivity
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and performance
· Provide prompt and accurate repair and damage quotation
 Encourage good workshop practices to provide a safe and tidy, hazard-free working environment ensuring compliance with the Company’s health & safety policy rWhat You’ll Need:
Proven experience in managing a busy workshop environment
Strong technical knowledge as a Workshop manager
