Key Responsibilities:

Supporting procurement activities within the Defence and Security sector
Analysing supply chain data to ensure effective procurement processes
Managing supplier relationships and performance
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements
Ensuring compliance with ITAR and other regulatory requirements
Providing detailed procurement reports and insights
Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements
Assisting in the preparation of contracts and negotiation terms

Job Requirements:

Experience in procurement analysis or supply chain analysis within the defence sector
Strong understanding of supply chain processes
Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights
Experience with stakeholder management
Familiarity with regulatory compliance
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Security Level:

BPSS + SC + Subject to ITAR and UK eyes only

This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restriction.
