Finisher - Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and smoothing before finishing applications.
Apply finishes such as paint, varnish, stain, or sealants to a variety of surfaces (wood, metal, concrete, etc.).
Ensure a high-quality finish by inspecting surfaces and correcting any defects or imperfections.
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper application of finishing materials.
Work closely with other trades and contractors to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Finisher - Requirements

Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role in construction or manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality finishes.
Knowledge of different finishing materials and techniques (e.g., painting, staining, lacquering).
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
