We are currently working with a utilities company based in Hampshire who are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to be part of their complex delivery programme. This programme will include upgrading their legacy system to the new IFS system. 
It will also include delivering their new CRM.

To be successful in this role, experience of working on an IFS upgrade will be crucial. 
Whilst working as a Business Analyst on an IFS upgrade in any industry will be considered, a utilities background will be looked at more favourably.  

Key responsibilities and requirements:

Designing and facilitating workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and aspirations.
 Defining the future business processes and ERP & Asset Management system requirements needed by our stakeholders for success.
Performing data collection, modelling and analysis to support the development of the ERP upgrade business case and beyond. 
Articulating process, system and data requirements via Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Defining user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting elements of testing to ensure the expected quality standards are met.
Working closely with Project Managers, contributing to project governance including planning, status reporting and risk & issue management.
Working closely with Product Owners to shape our ERP roadmap.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders to support driving projects to success.
Supporting business change activities by providing content and review where appropriate.
Helping to shape and define the Business Analysis team practices and processes to continually improve our ways.
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in Havant a minimum of 2 days a week.
This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of 60-63k depending on experience.
