Requirements:

Embedded Software: C programming on ARM-based microcontrollers, including expertise in board bring-up, device trees, and drivers.
*
Linux and Yocto for custom distributions.
*
Hardware Interface Debugging such as USB, SPI, and I2C.
*
Kernel optimisation and memory and user space management.
*
Comms protocols expertise including security considerations
