Customer Support Technician
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4.30pm/ 9.30am - 6pm
Hybrid after probation
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients specialist Customer Support team.
Please Note: This is NOT a Call Centre role, you will be working in an office environment where you will be managing your own workload.
ROLE:
* Communicating with customers via phone, email and a ticketing system
* Working on a fast-paced support desk handling customer enquiries
* Manage your own workload while meeting deadlines
* Liaise with any internal and external teams
* Working on several different systems
* Ensuring all information is logged correctly
* Provide a great service to customers
* On-going training and development
