Absolute Executive Search are working with a well-respected Law Firm in Kent who are looking to appoint a Commercial and Civil Litigation Solicitor into their Team.

The candidate will have a proven track record of dealing with complex matters and have experience in High Court litigation. This position would suit someone who has a minimum of 5yrs+ PQE. The role will focus on dealing with a full and varied caseload of general litigation matters.

Landlord and Tenant
Contentious Probate
Contractual Disputes
Employment
Civil Litigation
Boundary Disputes This role requires a highly organised and enthusiastic candidate who enjoys a busy yet diverse role in a friendly and professional environment. The role provides opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.

You will join a friendly team and have extensive knowledge of civil matters within a legal environment and be able to manage your own caseload of files with minimal supervision.
