Customer Service Administrator
We're excited to be working alongside a long term client of ours in their search for another Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This role will be office based and offers an excellent team and environment to work within.
Key duties will include:
* Liaising with event participants
* Outbound calls to customers
* Post-event follow up
* Sending emails
* Updating the CRM systems
* General ad-hoc administration
The successful candidate will have:
* A confident and friendly telephone manner, with good relationship building skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT & Administration skills
* The desire to work within a friendly office team
