A new client of ours is looking for an Engineering Manager for their Slough site. This Global business is merging two sites, and are looking for a experienced Engineer with CAPEX expenditure experience to develop the site to the required operational capacity.

Hands on role increasing productivity and cost efficiency through new production systems
Continuous improvement across the site by analyzing operations and process enhancements
Optimize plant lay out and spec new machineryThe Ideal Candidate

10+ years of Maintenance or Process Engineering experience, with 5+ years of management experience
A track record of successful CAPEX expenditure
FMCG/ Food & Beverage/ Consumer Products/ Pharmaceutical background
Commutable to Slough
Safety qualifications and degree educated preferredThe Perks
