Requirements for applicants:

Live within a commutable distance of our office in Oxfordshire
A good understanding of operational duties and logistics
A strong knowledge of water hygiene, treatment and remedial tasks
Great communication, teamwork and organisational skills essential.
Working knowledge of computer packages, systems and software
Proven minimum 5 year record or work history within a similar role
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing mobile engineers and the day-to-day functionality of the operations department
Overseeing the works booking process to ensure minimal lead times and ongoing compliance * Management of warehouse, fleet, chemical and equipment stocks
Carrying out regular reviews of the department and reporting directly to directors * Involvement with new engineer and operational staff recruitment processes
Implementation and management of existing and new processes
Reporting directly to directors and taking an active role in the forward direction of the business
