The RE role is very flexible, the school are open to taking someone on part time or full time.
Day to day responsibilities:
• Deliver captivating and insightful lessons across various religious traditions and philosophies.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students, making adjustments to support plans as needed.
• Foster a respectful and open classroom environment where students feel safe to express their ideas and beliefs.
• Manage behaviour and creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Liaise with other team members, inputting ideas for lesson plans and curriculum development.
• Provide personalised support and mentorship to students, helping them develop their skills and confidence in both subjects.
• Uphold the school's high standards of academic excellence and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and success.
