Mechanical Engineering Trainer (Machining)

We are working with an education provider in the Greater Manchester area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Trainer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The role is comprised of 36 hours per week, and you will be asked to teach groups of Mechanical Engineering apprentices on their hands-on machining/milling/turning skills (up to level 3) in the education provider's engineering workshop.

The starting salary for this position is up to a maximum of £41,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), which would also include a teacher's pension (with employer contributions of 28.68%), and a holiday allowance of 45 days (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification
-Industry experience of Machining
