Corr recruitment is looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join our team in Kempston.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual with at least **2 years of experience** in powder coating to take on a key role in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What We Offer:

- Temp to perm role

- Competitive pay rate of **£13.50 per hour

Monday to Thursday : 08:00- 16:30

Friday : 08:00 to 12:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply powder coating to commercial grills and other materials to a high standard.

- Carry out tasks typically required of a painter/coater, ensuring quality and precision.

- Assist in the cleaning and preparation of materials before coating.

- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth workflow and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in powder coating.

- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the job.

- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable, punctual, and ready to start immediately.
