Position – AC Engineer – Specialist AC Firm

Salary – Up to £50,000 per annum + travel.

Location – London & Home Counties

Working Hours – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into – Engineering Manager

Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Mobile AC Engineer to work for a leading Air Conditioning, Combustion, Fire & Smoke control maintenance firm.

My client is all about collaboration and value building relationships and listening to their clients to find a better solution.

* As a AC Technician you will be responsible for covering London & Southeast with all PPM, repairs and installation of air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial, retail and domestic environments.

* To carry out planned and reactive maintenance, as instructed by the contract administration team and technical supervisors. Including, but not limited to full electrical & mechanical PPM and reactive works, minor building repairs, plumbing works including drainage and other general duties in support of the client’s requirements.

* To close/update completed Reactive & PPM tasks on the site PDA computerised maintenance system.

* Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.

* Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.

* The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning which consist of the following.

* NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

* Cat 1 F-Gas

* Well presented & client facing.

* Up to £50,000 per annum with annual pay reviews.

* 1 in 8 call out - £100 standby fee

* Travel paid D2D after 1 hour each way.
