An opportunity for a Settlements Operations Associate to join a thriving Boutique Investment organisation on a Permanent basis.

This opportunity is a full time office based role
Working hours are 8am- 6pm.

About the Role

Working across multiple areas including compliance, sales, and trading.
Liaise with Banks, Custodians on a day-to-day basis ensuring all trades, payments are completed and/or settled in a timely manner. 
Resolving queries on a timely basis received from sales team and middle office.
Ensuring all trades are booked and matched in appropriate systems and captured timely and accurately.
Ensuring cash and securities instructions are timely processed & transmitted to custodians.
Liaising with traders, middle-office, counterparties, and custodians to ensure matching and settlement of trades. 
About You

Experience settlement across trade and transaction reporting
Exposure across HY, Bankruptcy, Distressed/ Default debt
Team player with a strong ability to multitask and demonstrate high performance and efficiency
Strong understanding of compliance obligations in this space
Min 1 year of experience in an investment bank, financial brokerage or asset management
Creative and innovative thinker with the drive to build a successful career
