Teaching Assistant - Spalding

Location: Spalding
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: £83 - £100 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently recruiting for a committed and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school in Spalding. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to make a positive impact on the lives of students by providing essential support in their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Support students with their learning, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
Requirements:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
A passion for education and supporting student development.
An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
