We are working with a National Construction company who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on Residential developments in the Manchester and Cheshire area.

The organisation work on bespoke developments across the North west and are looking for someone to work on the commercial team. The successful applicant should have experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential sector. There is opportunity for long term career growth and development.

Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

- Experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor

- HND/HNC or degree qualified

- Residential build/Refurbishment experience

- Cost Analysis

- Sub contractor orders

- Working with site/design and estimating teams

- Strong communication skills

- CVR's

- Reporting/Accounting

The position is for a Quantity Surveyor able to work on their own initiative.

Working with clients and managing sub contractor payments, bills of quantities, pricing, estimating, cost analysis. Ensuring projects are on time and within budget.

You will be provided with ongoing training and career development which will be paid for provided by the employer. There is an opportunity to work for an expanding commercial team and develop into Senior Quantity Surveyor.
