Kent are looking for their next Private Sector Housing Officer!

A local authority based in Kent are looking for their next Senior Private Sector Housing Officer who has experience in:

? Carrying out HMO inspections and Regulations and

? Knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.

? Managing Housing Standards and Enforcement Actions.

? Conducting HHSRS inspections and calculations.

This is a 3 month role, with the chance of extension. It will involve a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough.
