Due to strong growth, they are looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join their fulfilment team on a part time basis. This is a growing business which likes to promote from within so will provide long term opportunities for the right candidate.
Role: Administration Assistant
Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:
*
Processing product returns to and from our suppliers, fulfilling customer requirements.
*
Processing import/export paperwork (Training provided)
*
Arranging collections (Training provided)
*
Expediting purchase orders
*
Expediting purchase orders acknowledgements
*
Providing PODs
*
Scanning
*
Data input
*
Data analysis
*
Other general admin duties.
Experience Requirements:
*
Warehouse administration experience preferred
*
Experience working with Purchase Orders
*
As this is a role within a small team, strong teamwork and people skills are essential
*
Ability to work within a fast paced environment where accuracy is critical
*
Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage but training will be given
*
Understanding and experience using Microsoft Office/Equivalent.
Salary & Benefits:
*
£26k pa (Pro-Rata) Depending on Experience
*
Working Hours: 25 hours per week. Actual working hours to be discussed with the successful candidate as there is flexibility available
*
