HLTA - The Role
We are seeking a passionate, personable, and driven Higher Level Teaching Assistant / Unqualified Teacher (HLTA/UQT) to join our friendly and forward-thinking school. In this role, you will:

*** Lead small group interventions to support pupil progress.
*** Cover whole classes as required, teaching planned lessons and providing verbal and written feedback.
*** Foster a positive classroom environment, supporting individual pupils and groups of varying abilities.
*** Play a pivotal role in accelerating learning and contributing to the school's overall success.

HLTA - The School
This is a small primary school based in Potters Bar with 102 pupils between the ages of 3 to 11. The school is a church school near Potters Bar. Originally founded in 1879 and extended gradually since then. They now have 4 classes and just over 100 pupils. The Ofsted rating for the school is good.
