Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Essex

Package: Up to £90,000 plus travel expensed

Skilled Careers are working with a £50M Main Contractor who specialise within the Residential and Education Sectors who are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor would be managing two projects, and you will have a QS and an AQS working underneath yourself.

Responsibilities

The two projects that you would be managing is a building being added to a Sixth College in Central London and the other would be a Refurb of a Theatre in Essex.

You will be spending majority of the projects based in Essex and the QS in Central London who will be giving you regular updates.

The measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings), for valuations, variations and final accounts.

Agreement, preparation and submission of valuation dates and interim valuations in accordance with those dates

Administering and/or advising on Main Contract and Subcontract conditions

Requirements

Ideally has experience within the Education or Refurb sectors.

Someone has experience managing projects of a similar scale.

Thrives working part of a team

Experienced managing a team of Surveyors.
