The Role – SEMH Teaching Assistant

As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils aged 4 - 16 with the curriculum, aiding their development into further education. The role will involve mitigating challenging behaviour, hence strong behaviour management experience is essential. Preferable experience within a SEMH environment or working with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
