Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Barry, Vale of Glamorgan
Start Date: February 2025
Contract: Full-time

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant primary school in Barry. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a KS2 class and make a real difference in children's educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with general day-to-day activities in a KS2 classroom.
Supporting small groups in numeracy, literacy, and reading.
Working flexibly alongside the class teacher to meet pupils' needs.Requirements:

Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with obtaining this).
Registration with the EWC (support available if needed).
Experience working within a Primary School setting.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children's learning and development. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff are essential.
