We’re looking for a highly motivated Lettings Manager to lead and grow our exciting new residential Lettings team in Tottenham for Barnard Marcus.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Manager or an experienced Estate Agent looking to step into their first management role in Lettings. As a newly opened branch with huge potential, this is the perfect platform for you to excel as a manager. You’ll have the full support of your Area Manager and a fantastic team to help you grow the market share and advance your career.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Manager

Run a profitable and well-organised office that delivers an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

Lead by example, delegate tasks, and work towards exceeding performance standards and targets.

Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to thrive and progress in their careers.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Manager

Experience as a Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress.

Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.

Proven experience in managing, leading, and mentoring a team.

Outstanding customer care and service experience.

Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).

A full UK driving licence.
