The successful Senior Architectural technologist will have substantial experience job running and leading medium- large scale projects across a range of sectors, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and strong portfolio of high quality technical drawings.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

Extensive post qualification experience in an Architectural Practice
Degree in Architectural Technology or similar
Excellent technical abilities
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Great time management and organisational skills
Proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and development
Capable at working well in a team environment
Lead a small team and oversee emergent team members work
Job running / project lead experience is essential
Produce detailed drawings and specifications
Utilise thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations for compliance
Boast innovation a passion for incorporating sustainable principles into designs
Keen to continue professional development

Live locally to the Reading area
