We're looking for an ambitious Sales Manager or Business Development Manager to target the North West region, including key cities like Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds. In this role, you’ll drive sales through strategic specification efforts and build lasting relationships with Regional and National Developers. This is a technical sales position where you’ll guide contractors and consultants throughout the specification process. While you’ll inherit some existing accounts, the primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business.
This role would suit a current Sales Manager / Business Development Manager working with residential mechanical products. This could be Heat Recovery Units (MVHR), Fans, Air Handling Units (AHU), HIU, Boilers, Heat Pumps, Metering, Air Conditioning, Underfloor Heating or any other related products.
An understanding of key customers in the area is essential, the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager should have relationships with Contractors, Consultants, Architects & Developers in the region.
The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will receive:
* £40,000 - £55,000 basic salary
* 1% of Every Invoiced Sales as Commission (uncapped)
* Bonus upon Hitting Target
