This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist sustainability consultancy who specialise in delivering BREEAM and energy services to the construction industry. They are on the lookout for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant to join their sustainability team in their offices in Bristol.

Role responsibilities for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant include:

Assist with delivering BREEAM Assessments from project inception through to completion
Produce energy and sustainability strategies and reports
Working alongside the design team, authorities, and contractors.
Aiding with early design modelling by looking at passive design modelsRequirements for a Graduate BREEAM Consultant include:

Degree withing an energy, sustainability, environmental science or architecture discipline
Good knowledge and understanding of BREEAM
It would be beneficial to have experience with BREEAM such as having a BREEAM Associate or Foundation accreditation
Strong passion and enthusiasm for the built environment
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detailBenefits of the role include:
