Customer Service Advisor
Edinburgh City Centre based | hybrid working available (2 days in office)
Full Time | 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
January 2025 start date | Temp role for 6 months with strong potential to become permanent
Pay rate of £11.60 per hour + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working with this Edinburgh-based client in the Financial Services sector to recruit a number of Customer Service candidates going into 2025.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Acting as first point of contact for customers reaching out to the business vie telephone, email or live chat, with a variety of queries relating to Pensions Management
* Responding to queries regarding the company's products & services
* Investigating any issues for customers, ensuring the best possible resolution
* Requesting additional information & documentation from customers via letters or telephone calls
* Logging client data in spreadsheets to assist with call tracking activity
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience within Customer Services - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
