Job Title: Registered Manager – Home Care – NEW BRANCH (Elderly Care)

Location: Norwich

Compass Associates are partnering with a leading UK homecare provider to recruit a Registered Manager to oversee a NEW branch based in Norwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered manager to use their drive and skillset, to drive a thriving business and develop their career further!

Key Responsibilities:

* Compliance: Ensure adherence to CQC standards and regulations.

* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and support care staff.

* Care Planning: Develop and review personalized care plans.

* Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve care quality.

* Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Client & Family Liaison: Address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

* Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to clients.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate care records.

* Training & Development: Support ongoing staff training.

* Business Development: Build clientele and expand the team.

* Safeguarding: Protect vulnerable clients through effective policies.

* Audit & Reporting: Conduct audits and submit reports to regulators.

Requirements:

* Experience working as a manager withing a domiciliary care setting.

* Has a proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.

* Is experienced in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.

* Has or is working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care

* Has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.

* Has strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.

* Has the drive and motivation to develop our care services.

* Has strong organisation and planning skills.

* Is flexible to meet the demands of the business.

* Is familiar with working in a startup/new business.
