General Qualifications and Job Description

Our client is looking for someone with luxury jewellery experience and a client base. Experience in a well-known local luxury jewellery company is advantageous. Being fluent in Arabic or Chinese is a plus. Advanced sales skills and customer relationship management, Giving importance to personal development and education

Daily Boutique Transactions
Able to comply with boutique policies and procedures
Able to follow all sales procedures and instructionsMain Accountabilities:

Sales and Service Achievements:

Ensures a unique client experience during a sale
Maximize sales opportunity deriving from any entrance in-store
Meets individual and boutique KPI's/targets ( both quantitative and qualitative)
Transmits the passion, values and brand heritage of the brand
Handle all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints)
Perfectly master the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop)
Develop High Jewellery business with existing clients

Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:

Cultivates strong client relationships and develops client loyalty
Enrich CRM database with client portfolio
Participates in client events and performs all CRM 1 to 1 activities

Daily Boutique Operations:

Respects all brand & boutique policies and procedures
Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines (discounts, security, legal, etc.)
Ensure that all front areas of the shop are neat and clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines Assists with special projects when requested

Qualifications / Key Skills

Experience working in a luxury or client-centric retail environment
Has a strong history involving customer service
Being fluent in Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
Curiosity to discover and delight our clients by leveraging an remarkable brand heritage experience
