Our Repairs team is essential to the smooth running of our business. Whether they are contacting our residents or scheduling work our team keep the customer at the heart of our organisation.
About the role
We are looking for a customer focussed Planner to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission.
On the Job you will:
Ensure Repairs jobs are scheduled in
Operatives diaries are monitored thoroughly throughout the working day
Maintain high levels of customer service
Contribute to ensure KPI targets are met
Monitor workflows and assist with complaints and queries from Fairhive residents
Be available for colleagues around the business to contact you
Work closely with our contact centre to answer Repair queries
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.
For this role you will need:
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft packages, Outlook and develop skills with our in-house systems
Be customer focused
Be a dedicated team player with a drive for excellence
Hold a good level of education
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
Good time management skills
Practical problem solving skills
High level of attention to detail
Able to handle a high volume of calls from people throughout the business
