Showroom Host / Receptionist - Hatfield - Luxury prestige dealership

Our client, a luxury main dealership in Hatfield, is looking for an experienced Showroom Host to join their busy Sales Department.

The Role:

Act as the first point of contact for all customers entering the Centre
Welcome and direct customers professionally to the right person
Handle incoming calls and transfer them as needed
To ensure refreshments are always available.
Each morning lease with the sales team for scheduled handover, appointments and dining appointments (including allergies).What We’re Looking For:

Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Smart, professional appearance
Hosting experience in the motor trade is a plus, but not essential
