The Role

This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Learning and Development Advisor to help us continue this success. This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Team Leader, you’ll develop and deliver programmes for teams across the business including inductions and departmental, product and systems training.

You will also:

- Identify, design and deliver training programmes and e-learning that meet current and future needs of the individual and business, carrying out post training evaluation.

- Deliver effective induction and departmental training to all new starters as well as delivering the leadership programme

- Gather data and translate it into actionable insight

- Action enquiries and administrative tasks relating to the learning management system, handling any queries via email and telephone

- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring that all colleagues have the right skills, knowledge and understanding to meet business needs.

To be successful as our Learning and Development Advisor you should have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your communication to suit the audience. 

You have;

- The ability to create engaging content across multiple media platforms

- High levels of attention to detail

- A natural and engaging communication style

- Effective time management and prioritisation skills

- It would be ideal if you have a CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development or equivalent and experience in designing E-Learning material.
