Job details:
* Follow the Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule, working as part of the team to deliver effectively, on time and within budget.
* Maintain the plant rooms, roof and fire exits to company standards and ensure all plant and equipment is well maintained.
* Conduct emergency lighting installations, repairs, and maintenance.
* Service and maintain Air Handling Units (AHUs).
* Undertake minor electrical works and basic plumbing tasks.
* Inducting subcontractors, reviewing rams and assisting where possible
Qualifications / Experience:
* Apprentice trained (desirable).
* Qualified to Level 3 as a minimum (NVQ/BTEC/ONC).
* 18th Edition wiring regs (desirable).
* Must have previous experience in a similar role.
* Ability to use internal IT systems.
* Ability to work from instruction and make decisions as needed with minimal supervision.
What’s on offer:
* Salary: £38,000
* Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 16:30pm (working 1 in 3 weekends)
