Teaching Assistants Wanted!

Role Overview:

Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Scunthorpe
Key Stages: KS2 and KS3
Support Model: 1:1 support or small group interventions
Start Date: November 2024Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with behavioural concerns, helping them to engage in learning and achieve their potential.
Assist class teachers in implementing individual behaviour plans and strategies.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Build strong relationships with students, promoting emotional well-being and resilience.
Support the academic and social development of students in both classroom and one-to-one settings.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges.
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility and creativity in adapting to students' needs.
