We are working with a leading company in the facilities management industry, specializing in managing large-scale projects involving design, manufacture, and completion. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion, specifically within civils and grounds work.
The successful candidate will oversee and deliver projects from the design stage, through manufacture and completion, ensuring high-quality standards and on-time delivery. The role requires strong project management skills, with a deep understanding of civil works, particularly groundworks. This is a key role within the team, with opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end project management: From initial design concepts to final completion and handover.
* Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects to meet time, quality, and budget requirements.
* Coordinate with design, engineering, and on-site teams, ensuring a smooth project flow.
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
* Resolve any on-site issues efficiently to maintain project timelines.
* Provide reports on project status, risks, and progress to senior management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the facilities management or construction industries, preferably with a background in design, manufacture, and completion of projects.
* Strong understanding of civils and groundworks.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget
