About the opportunity:

We currently have a vacancy to head up a Mechanical and Electrical desk within our Specialist Contractor division based out of our office in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. You’ll be taking over a warm desk which has been managed well for the past 2 years, working with a speread of Tier1, 2 and SME M+E contractors.

You’ll be responsible for development of this desk and the full 360 process. Placing a variety of high-profile candidates such as Quantity Surveyors, Technical and Design professionals and Project Managers within various specialist sub-contracting sectors.

As a growing company, your position within the business will naturally elevate to a role with more responsibility, leading into a managerial position with the view to develop your own division.

About the benefits and rewards:

Remuneration will be extremely generous. We base salaries on the experience and abilities of each professional but offer beyond the typical level in the industry. You can expect a basic salary from £28,000 to £38,000 with an attractive commission and bonus structure.

About the requirements:

Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in, or knowledge of, the construction industry as well as previous recruitment experience. Most importantly, however, the successful professional will be self-motivated, conscientious, show strong organisational skills and demonstrate a high level of intelligence
