£20 PAYE - £25.13 Umbrella

Based in East London

Must have experience of Part 7 decisions & Right to internal review of homelessness decision

We are recruiting for a role working with a great team.

You will need good knowledge of the law affecting the housing allocations. Knowledge of Housing act 1996, Homelessness reduction Act 2017, the Children Act, and the Care Act.

Will be able to use your knowledge to provide and contribute to the ongoing development and design of the service.

Verify applicants for permanent properties
Complete direct matching
Allocate permanent homes under the lettings system
Allocate temporary accomodation and prevention and PRSO's
Provide effective, customer focused service and advise
Assist in the training and induction of new staff

Joining the established team will provide you with plenty of understanding and experience in local council authority with potential for extension and progression
