Rate: £12.50ph to £13.50ph

Hours: 08:00-17:00

Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representing our client who is an award-winning Manufacturing company based in the West Midlands. An opportunity has arisen in the export team for an Import/Export Administrator based in Coleshill.

Duties:

* Liaise with clients via email regarding customer service and sales communications

* Process exportation orders with high levels of accuracy

* Produce all necessary export documentation ready for export

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members

* Communicating with customers of delivery of goods

* Handling any customer queries or complaints

Import/Export Administrator Requirements:

* 2-3 years’ experience as an Administrator (within Exports/Imports)

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Commercial Invoicing
