Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Monday to Friday – Hybrid after 3 months
 
About the Role:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic professional to deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every customer has a positive experience with our brand.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Accurately document all interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service practices.Comprehensive Benefits Package:
