My client , a well run Building Contractor, are looking for a Working Foreman to work on a framework of projects £20k to £1 million. The Working Foreman will be responsible the delivery of the project, must be an effective communicator.
The desired Supervisor must have the following:

Experience of running projects from £0.2 million -£1 million
Contractor background
A record of being client facing and strong paperwork skills essential.
Strong soft skills.
Strong health and safety awareness and management.
Strong technical and financial acumen.

SSSTS First Aid

Controlling all aspects on site, your key responsibilities will include monitoring, measuring and pricing of maintenance works.

Profile:
In order to be considered you must have a strong construction or facilities background and have previously worked for a quality contractor.
