M4 Recruitment are looking for ongoing Warehouse Pickers for our client based in Tewkesbury. The company are a dairy production business and require candidates to work on the early and late day shift pattern:

Early - 07:00 until 16:30 Monday till Friday + Saturday (07:00 until 16:00)

Late – 09:00 until 18:30 Monday till Friday + Saturday (07:00 until 16:00)

1 day of work is set (Sunday) and another rotates, e.g. first week Saturday and Sunday off, second week Sunday and Monday off, third week Sunday and Tuesday off, etc. 1 hour of unpaid break that can be divided into 30 mins (mandatory) + 2x 15 mins breaks.

Work consists of both warehouse and yard work and is in chilled environment (2 to 6 degrees Celsius) due to nature of dairy products.

Due to location of site, only candidates with their own transport will be considered as public transport will not guarantee arriving on time. Written and verbal induction is given on the first day.

Immediate starts available following successful induction, work is paid weekly with rates as below:

Warehouse Pickers:

£12.14 basic

£15.18 overtime – any hours over 40 a week

Sometimes overtime is offered and longer hours of work are necessary due to increased amount of work, so a level of flexibility is required.
