Education Recruitment Consultant, no recruitment experience needed, strong sales background is a plus

- Role based in Lincoln, 4 days in the office and 1 from home

Education Recruitment Consultant is required for an award winning, well establish leading education recruiter based in Lincoln. You'll be joining a friendly, conscientious and successful team of recruiters who strive to place the best teaching talent across the various local locations across Lincolnshire.

You'll have a warm desk to kick start your journey, as well has having the full support of your team and Manager to drive business and be the best you!

The ideal candidate does not have to have recruitment experience, we are open to seeing candidates that come from any sales or business development background. Full training and support will be provided.

This position is working Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 4.30pm with reduced hours during the school holidays. You also must be a driver with your own car as visiting your schools and vetting your candidates thoroughly is a MUST
