This is a Monday - Friday, days-based role with an early finish on Fridays. You will be a key figure in the quality team, conducting detailed inspections using precision measurement tools, leading process improvements, and mentoring junior engineers to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

This role is ideal for a QA/QC Engineer with experience using verniers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools, looking to progress into a senior technical position with career development, greater autonomy, and specialist industry training.

The Role -

Lead quality assurance & inspection processes, ensuring high manufacturing standards.
Receive specialist industry training in niche quality processes and precision engineering. Take on more responsibility - mentoring, process improvements & technical leadership.
Use verniers, micrometers, and other precision measurement equipment for inspections.
Monday - Friday, days-based role with an early finish on Fridays.
The Candidate -

Quality Assurance / Quality Control experience within manufacturing.
Proficient in using verniers, micrometers, and other precision measurement tools.
Ambitious to step into a senior technical role & become a go-to expert.
Commutable to Whitstable.
