Senior SEN Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a small team of Assessment and Case Coordinators, fostering a high-performing culture.
Oversee statutory processes in line with the Children and Families Act 2014, ensuring that legal requirements and best practices are met.
Work closely with the SEN Manager and Head of Service to enhance and evolve SEND services.
Support Families & Professionals: Engage with parents, schools, health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a child-centred approach in all decision-making.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in leading and motivating teams within SEND or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, policies, and best practices, with the ability to navigate complex cases.Prospero Teaching is acting as an employment business/education recruitment agency in relation to this vacancy.
