Our client, a leader in its sector, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Relationship Management – Act as the key point of contact for retail partners, ensuring excellent service and seamless communication.
- Order & Inventory Coordination – Process orders, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Order to Invoice Management – Use SAP or similar ERP systems to track orders, shipments, and invoicing with accuracy.
- Customer Support – Handle queries, resolve issues, and proactively address any potential service disruptions.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Support – Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure stock availability, accurate forecasts, and smooth deliveries.
- Team Collaboration – Support commercial meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
✔ Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain coordination within FMCG or manufacturing.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in SAP or a similar ERP system.
✔ A proactive and customer-focused mindset—you're a team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic business.
* Holiday – 25 days plus bank holidays
* Pension – Statutory levels - Salary Exchange
* Hours - 8:30am till 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. There is a requirement to work some weekends based on business and customer needs.
