Key Responsibilities:
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage top talent in the US market.
Build a robust network and effectively advertise to potential candidates.
Identify and match candidate's skills with client vacancies to ensure the perfect fit.
Attract, register, and manage new candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Information Gathering: Liaise with clients and candidates to gather detailed information, facilitating successful placements.
Identify job leads and new opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of our US team.
Ensure adherence to GDPR and other relevant regulations. What We're Looking For:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and gain candidate's confidence.
Persuasive, persistent, and patient, with the ability to cope with pressure.
Flexible and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of our clients and candidates.
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with strong time management skills.
Good IT skills to manage our recruitment database and tools effectively.
