Our client is looking for experienced customer service adviser's to join their market leading boiler team to provide first class customer service to their extensive customer base.
Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Shift work between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 3pm Saturday, 8am - 12pm Sunday
You will be dealing with customers who contact our client via telephone, email, SMS live chat or WhatsApp to arrange engineer visits. You will gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service. Working in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
Minimum Requirements: Proven customer service skills. GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English. A solid understanding of Microsoft applications and web-based platforms. Previous contact centre experience is desirable.
